Ecryate is a social innovation startup dedicated to reimagining art practices and home decorations for a sustainable future. They challenge the use of environmentally harmful materials by creating and promoting eco-friendly alternatives. Ecryate offers hands-on eco-art workshops team-building activities and is in market research stage for eco-friendly paints and pigments to reduce environmental impact.

Tasks
This is a volunteer remote or hybrid role for an IT & Web Design (UI/UX) Volunteer at Ecryate located in Montreal QC. The volunteer will be responsible for network administration information technology tasks troubleshooting network security and providing customer service. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Please note that this is an unpaid volunteer position as we are an early-stage startup. However we are actively working on securing funding and generating revenue through various channels.

Ce poste est un rle bnvole distance ou hybride en tant que Bnvole en TI et conception Web (UI/UX) chez Ecryate situ Montral QC. Le ou la bnvole sera responsable de ladministration du rseau de tches en technologies de linformation du dpannage de la scurit du rseau et du service la clientle. Du travail domicile est accept pour ce poste.
Veuillez noter quil sagit dun poste bnvole non rmunr car nous sommes une startup en phase de dmarrage. Toutefois nous travaillons activement obtenir du financement et gnrer des revenus par diffrents moyens.
Requirements
Network Administration Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
- Network Security and Customer Service skills
- Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Experience with web design tools and platforms
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English; French is an asset.
- Time Commitment: minimum 5 hours/week
