Fumigator

• Inspect residential commercial or industrial premises to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate fumigation treatment.
  
• Safely handle and apply fumigation chemicals according to regulatory standards ensuring minimal risk to humans animals and the environment.
  
• Prepare the fumigation area by sealing off affected sections posting warning signs and evacuating people and pets as needed.
  
• Operate and maintain fumigation equipment such as gas dispensers protective gear and ventilation systems.
  
• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety guidelines including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and emergency procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate records of fumigation activities chemicals used treatment outcomes and any incidents for regulatory and client reporting.
  
• Provide clear instructions and information to clients before and after fumigation including safety measures and re-entry timelines.
  
• Conduct follow-up inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and recommend additional action if necessary.
  
• Stay current with industry regulations and maintain all required certifications and licenses for pesticide application.
  
• Work closely with other pest control technicians supervisors and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  

Requirements

Possess valid NEA Fumigator Licence.

Minimum O levels and above.

Possess Class 3/3A driving license is an advantage.
