Job Description
As a Stream Marketing Operator you ll be at the forefront of digital content strategy working directly with content creators to execute engaging live stream marketing campaigns. This role offers a unique blend of creative marketing relationship management and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Execute innovative live stream marketing strategies to engage and grow audience engagement
- Manage real-time communication with content creators via text and occasional voice calls
- Coordinate and oversee live streaming sessions across multiple time zones
- Implement established procedures while maintaining creative flexibility
- Build and maintain positive relationships with content creators
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
Requirements
- Written English proficiency
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Natural ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Comfortable working US hours (EST time zone)
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Previous marketing experience not required - comprehensive training provided
