This is a remote position.
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an AI & Automation Expert to join our recruitment agency and spearhead automation initiatives that enhance the efficiency of our remote workforce and clients. This role will focus on identifying automation opportunities implementing AI-driven solutions and optimizing internal processes to improve productivity. Initially you will collaborate with the agency s founder to develop proof-of-concept automation for internal tasks before extending these capabilities to client operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the founder to automate internal recruitment processes including CRM updates candidate tracking and email workflows.
Identify automation opportunities to streamline both internal operations and client workflows.
Utilize AI-powered automation tools such as Zapier Lindy Make Power Automate and similar technologies to create seamless integrations.
Design and develop AI-driven agents to assist with tasks such as client communications lead qualification and administrative automation.
Work closely with clients to analyze their processes and propose automation strategies that enhance efficiency.
Document workflows and develop clear guidelines for automation implementation and best practices.
Continuously monitor and optimize automation solutions to improve performance and scalability.
Assist in promoting automation capabilities by preparing case studies conducting demos and consulting with potential clients.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in business process automation AI integration or workflow optimization.
Strong ability to analyze business processes and pinpoint automation opportunities.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier Make Power Automate Lindy or similar platforms.
Ability to gather insights from business owners and translate them into actionable automation solutions.
Familiarity with API integrations and AI-powered tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to automation challenges.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for presenting automation solutions.
Self-motivated and proactive capable of working independently and driving projects forward.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Experience working with small businesses particularly in recruitment and HR-related automation.
Understanding of AI-powered chatbots customer service automation and data processing tools.
Ability to present and market automation solutions through case studies webinars or reports.
Basic scripting or coding knowledge (Python JavaScript) for advanced automation (not required but a plus).

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary: Rate starts at $10 AUD per hour
