Job Description
- The Marketing Executive will assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company s objectives.
- This includes conducting market research and surveys providing insights to management and keeping track of current marketing trends.
- The role involves planning organizing and executing sales launches advertising and promotional activities.
- The executive will be responsible for managing and updating the company website and social media platforms such as Facebook as well as monitoring digital engagement and analyzing data.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure the Advertising Permit and Developer s License (APDL) is active and regularly monitored is also required.
- Additionally the executive will oversee the production of marketing collaterals such as brochures flyers and banners and support the planning and execution of customer engagement campaigns.
- The role includes assisting in public relations and communication efforts to enhance the company s brand presence.
- The candidate must also be willing to carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of marketing experience preferably in property development real estate or related industries.
Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in residential and commercial property sales is highly preferred.
Mobility: Willing to travel and work within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in property development real estate or related fields will have an advantage.
