1. Job Purpose:
Deliver Outstanding Sales results for the TMI products Division of Elmack Engg Services within assigned geography. Develop wide and deep end customer and reseller relationships in assigned territory. Provide techno-commercial support to End Customers / Resellers / Channel Partners on product portfolio. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars sales calls Road shows and training).
2. Primary Responsibilities:
a) Develop implement and manage a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives for Test & Measurement Division Sales goals in assigned geography.
b) Assess business conditions in the given geography and vertical markets to implement local go to market strategy.
c) Identify evaluate and develop new Customer Resellers & Channel Partner relationships.
d) Provide technical & commercial support to Customers Resellers and Channel partners (CPs).
e) Implement the market creation activities for various Elmack brands
f) Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
g) Key Account Management within territory
h) Perform other related duties as assigned.

4. Domain
Experience with End Customers / Retailers / Industrial Distributors in the above-mentioned industry is important
Other requirements in the order of importance.
Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.
Education
Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
