Job Description

About the Role:

Were on the lookout for a customer-focused Administrator to join our friendly and professional Shared Services team on a 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Based in Auckland this full-time role (Monday to Friday) offers flexibility to help you balance work and life while contributing to a high-performing and supportive team.

What Youll Be Doing:

In this varied and fast-paced role your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing invoicing and revenue reporting for our Commercial division

  • Managing warranty claims

  • Supporting month-end processes and commercial reporting

  • Maintaining accurate CRM and NAV records

  • Processing external vendor and contractor purchase orders

  • Assisting with customer queries and supporting credit control

  • Providing support to sales teams and booking external contractors

  • Processing credits and weekly refund batches

  • Backing up daily reporting tasks for the Shared Services Manager

  • Assisting the Shared Services booking team

What Were Looking For:

To thrive in this role youll bring:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

  • Friendly reliable nature with an excellent phone manner

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritise multitask and stay organised

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to health and safety

  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred but not essential
