About the Role
Were on the lookout for a customer-focused Administrator to join our friendly and professional Shared Services team on a 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
Based in Penrose this role offers flexibility to help you balance work and life while contributing to a high-performing and supportive team.
In this varied and fast-paced role your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing invoicing and revenue reporting for our Commercial division
Managing warranty claims
Supporting month-end processes and reporting
Maintaining accurate records through regular data cleansing
Processing external vendor and contractor purchase orders
Assisting with customer queries and supporting credit control
Providing support to sales teams and booking external contractors
Processing credits and weekly refund batches
What Were Looking For
To thrive in this role youll bring:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Friendly reliable nature with an excellent phone manner
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise multitask and stay organised
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive attitude and a commitment to health and safety
Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred but not essential
