Reboot Staff is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our clients retail team in New Orleans LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions efficiently maintaining a clean and organized checkout area and providing excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate cash registers handle cash credit and debit transactions
Ensure accurate pricing and correct change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns
Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures related to security and transactions
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Strong mathematical and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Dependable punctual and a team player
