Job Description
East Cambridge Savings Banks IT Division is actively recruiting for aIT Department Clerk Intern.
Function:
Under the supervision of the IT Manager performs a variety of administrative work and project related duties.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- At least 6 months IT support experience or equivalent through specialized coursework and training
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Attention to detail a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
Essential Job Functions:
- Assists with IT support requests and ensures proper resolution of issues and problems.
- Creates disabled and modifies user accounts and user access in accordance with company and department policy and procedure.
- Provides basic IT hardware and software support including but not limited to PC hardware Windows 10/11 printers and other peripherals.
- Assists in coordinating and scheduling special projects. Maintains associated documentation on a timely basis.
- Assists with creating documents based on Department need.
- Participates in maintaining manuals specifically related to department.
