Project scope: Supervise the execution of stormwater and sewage drainage construction projects undertaken by the Taoyuan City Government Water Resources Bureau ensuring that construction and supervision units adhere to contracts design drawings and relevant specifications. Provide the client with professional recommendations regarding project quality progress and budget management.
Job Description:
- Project Management (PCM) construction phase construction supervision personnel representing the owner to manage supervision and construction contractors.
- Project execution communication and coordination report writing and presentation preparation.
- Review the plans and engineering calculation results submitted by the engineering unit and the supervision unit to ensure the quality and progress of the project.
- Assist in solving the problems of engineering management of the Taoyuan City Government Water Resources Bureau and develop appropriate solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (Associate degree: Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or related fields)
- Possess a Public Works Quality Management Personnel Certificate or have the qualifications to obtain such a certificate.
- Responsible with a proactive attitude to join.
- Serious work ethic attention to detail and willingness to learn new things.
- Good English communication and presentation skills are preferred.
