Library Campus Services Team work closely with clients and establish and maintain strong relationships to deliver useful and timely products and services and access to resources
The Librarian (Client Experience) supports both online and on-campus interactions by providing guidance to library staff and clients. Working alongside two other librarians this role contributes to maintaining and enhancing user-focused services in a dynamic and evolving environment collaborating closely with Library Campus Services Coordinators and Supervisors.

This is continuing opportunity and is based across both Logan and Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
HEW 5 Salary Base range - $79705.66 - $89416.39 17% super. Full package range is - $93255.63 - $104617.18.
