Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team in Perth. In this role you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs translate them into actionable technical requirements and support the delivery of innovative digital solutions. Your ability to analyse complex processes and identify areas for improvement will be key to driving successful outcomes across a range of transformation initiatives.
Experience with TechnologyOne (TechOne) is highly regarded as many of our clients operate within this ecosystem. Youll thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment where your insights and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to meaningful change. Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering
- Experience with TechnologyOne (TechOne) solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business IT or a related field
