Job Description
Job Title: Septic System Installer
Location: Bentonville AR

Salary: Starting at $52000/year
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Septic System Installer to join our team in Bentonville Arkansas. This position involves installing maintaining and repairing septic systems for residential and commercial properties with a strong focus on quality work and compliance with Arkansas Department of Health regulations. A Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and a valid Arkansas septic installer license are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Install septic tanks drain fields distribution boxes and related system components.
Interpret and follow site plans blueprints and engineering drawings.
Excavate and backfill trenches using hand tools and heavy machinery.
Connect and seal plumbing systems to septic tanks.
Perform maintenance and repairs on existing septic systems.
Coordinate with local health inspectors and ensure all work meets ADH regulations.
Maintain accurate installation and service records.
Restore job sites to their original condition or better after work is completed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Proven experience in septic system installation plumbing or related construction field.
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) - Required.
Valid Arkansas septic installer license - Required.
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators and backhoes.
Familiarity with Arkansas state and local septic system regulations.
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various outdoor conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with both residential and commercial installations.
