What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analytics Consultant who will provide data solutions (analysis data engineering etc.) to a Department of Defense client. The candidate will perform technical tasks that include but are not limited to building data pipelines developing visualizations and dashboards and building predictive models across multiple domain areas.
We are seeking candidates with the proven ability to work independently in converting business and functional requirements into data pipelines complex reports data visualizations and/or predictive models. Additionally we expect candidates to maintain good working relationships with clients to enhance the customer experience and to have the ability to present and communicate information to clients that enable them to make data-driven decisions.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelors Degree
THREE (3) or more years of experience as a data scientist data analyst or data engineer
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science or related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with design and build of ETL programs interfaces and data reconciliation processes
Experience with developing and deploying AI/ML or predictive models to solve problems or improve efficiency
Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization
