Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in Moses Lake WA. This per-diem role involves providing compassionate patient care focusing on rehabilitation recovery and patient/family education in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Licensure: Active Washington LPN license; BLS and CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Must have at least one year of experience in rehabilitation long-term care or acute settings preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication empathy teamwork and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications treatments and wound care under RN supervision.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions vital signs and progress.
  • Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs therapists and physicians.
  • Educate patients and families on post-treatment care medications and recovery goals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records including medication logs and shift reports.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control safety protocols and facility policies.
  • Provide emotional support and advocate for the patients needs during rehabilitation.
