This role is primarily focused on supporting Broadridge for ICS Operations. The Reporting Analytics Analyst will collaborate on quality-centric and financial reporting projects across operations with a focus on continual improvement internally as well as improving the client experience. The Analyst will also assist Quality Management leadership with the creation of quality production and financial data. In order to represent Broadridge in the best possible way there will be a focus on consistency accuracy and professionalism of documentation.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and deliver accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather validate and analyze complex financial data from multiple sources.
Identify trends patterns and key performance indicators (KPIs) through robust data analysis and present actionable insights to management.
Design and enhance automated reporting solutions to drive reporting efficiencies reduce manual processes and ensure data integrity.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual budget and forecasting reports providing variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously assess and streamline reporting processes to implement best practices and increase productivity.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear concise visualizations and presentations tailored for executive audiences.
Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from business units and leadership team.
Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and regulatory standards in all reporting activities.
Stay current with industry trends analytics tools and reporting methodologies to drive ongoing improvements in reporting and analysis capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting computer science or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reporting data analysis or business intelligence role.
Strong PC skills including advanced knowledge of Excel Word PowerPoint Power BI etc.
Strong financial management skills including G&A/Capital budgeting cost/unit analysis and demonstrated expense analysis/management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Salary range $55000.00-$60000.00. Bonus Eligible.
