The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing Spares Supply Chain management Field Operations Engineering Product Training and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidate should have a degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics computer science physics economics engineering or statistics operations research quantitative social science etc.).
Basic Knowledge on software development principles and architecture.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to break down and understand complex business problems define a solution and implement it using advanced quantitative methods.
Familiarity with programming for data analysis; ideally Python SQL or R.
Solid oral and written communication skills especially around analytical concepts and methods.
Familiarity with common reporting capabilities such as PowerBI Tableau etc
Great work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
Knowledge of any relational database such as My SQL.
Candidate has a mentality that views obstacles as an opportunity vs. a barrier.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct effective presentations under pressure at customer sites or internally and does not come off as abrasive or defensive while in direct customer situations.
Must have strong understanding of SAP CRM systems or an ability to quickly learn.
An understanding of KLAs business environment is a plus.
An appreciation of our customers environment and the challenges to balance KLA objectives and customer satisfaction.
Ability to interact across a highly matrixed organization of departments and management while balancing conflict that arises.

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
