The Role :
Razorpay Cross Border Team is looking for a professional who can sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients drive growth & product usage in the enterprise person would be responsible for communicating with customers understanding their needs ensuring a smooth sales process and be tasked with enabling accounts in the enterprise segment to adopt Razorpays cross border payments stack that is reimagining global money movement needs for businesses in the country.
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be primarily responsible for managing the existing products wallet shareand net revenue within the portfolio and also developing and closing newbusiness prospects within the portfolio.
Develop product expertise to ensure smooth sales.
Drive the development of the sales pipeline within the overall portfolioaggressively through prospecting and doing sales pitches.
Be the customers voice clearly communicating requirements and feedback toother departments such as banking product development and accountmanagement.
Cross Selling and Up-selling to the client base and growing the account toachieve the portfolio quota.
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their productsand services.
Attending meetings with clients inside and outside their offices to build betterrelationships with them.
Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the team lead.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Updating the CRM for any change with regard to a client.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Overall 5-7 of relevant experience in Key Account Management/Sales inB2B space.
Knowledge of best customer service practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
High action for bias and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in parallel
