Job Description

A bit about the role
In this critical role you will be responsible for overseeing the management of high-tier prize claims and identifying areas where processes can be improved further.
What youll be doing
- Validating and processing high-tier lottery claims in a timely manner and in accordance with core policies and procedures
- Updating and monitoring relevant systems and completing the necessary paperwork to register claims accurately
- Monitoring unclaimed prizes
- Responding promptly to customer (internal and external) enquiries via telephone email and letter
- Assisting with process changes
- Helping to create process documentation/workflows knowledge articles and self-service guidance for all high-tier prize management
- Proactively identifying key issues risks or process gaps and participating in problem resolution
- Identifying and documenting business requirements for projects and process improvement/automation
- Conducting system testing
- Providing ad hoc support and guidance to field-based Winners Advisors
What experience were looking for
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong morals and integrity; to be able to handle highly sensitive information
- Ability to use relevant Allwyn databases and systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
