What You Will Get To Do:

  • Manage a sales process around MorningStar Research to back-sell BlackDiamond Clients
  • Collaborate with Product teams to determine best path to integration and functionality items
  • Create an overlay sales process with Advisory Field teams for MorningStar research sales
  • Work closely with SVP-Sales to determine overall solutions fit and future roadmap for MorningStar research and BlackDiamond Wealth Solutions
  • Collaborate and plan for additional sales personnel to achieve ACV goals for research sales
  • Create a training and education plan to bring MorningStar research tools into the Advisory sales territories and team members

What You Will Bring:

  • 10 plus years in Financial Services Sales and Product Development
  • 7 plus years in managing strong and collaborative technical sales-teams
  • Consistent and Successful track record of meeting ACV product and solutions goals
  • Strong network within the RIA and b/d markets for technology solutions
  • Ability to work within a team-structure across multiple lines of business
