What You Will Get To Do:
- Manage a sales process around MorningStar Research to back-sell BlackDiamond Clients
- Collaborate with Product teams to determine best path to integration and functionality items
- Create an overlay sales process with Advisory Field teams for MorningStar research sales
- Work closely with SVP-Sales to determine overall solutions fit and future roadmap for MorningStar research and BlackDiamond Wealth Solutions
- Collaborate and plan for additional sales personnel to achieve ACV goals for research sales
- Create a training and education plan to bring MorningStar research tools into the Advisory sales territories and team members
What You Will Bring:
- 10 plus years in Financial Services Sales and Product Development
- 7 plus years in managing strong and collaborative technical sales-teams
- Consistent and Successful track record of meeting ACV product and solutions goals
- Strong network within the RIA and b/d markets for technology solutions
- Ability to work within a team-structure across multiple lines of business
