Now Hiring: Critical Care Lead Nurse (RN) - New York

BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan Brooklyn Queens Staten Island and the Bronx. As a Take Home Lead Nurse youll be part of our elite response team - opening cases filling urgent needs and guiding others with confidence and compassion. What Youll Earn
- $50/hour
- Weekly pay
- Comprehensive benefits (PTO 401k medical/dental/vision)
What Youll Work
- Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week)
- 12-hour day and night shifts available
- 2 weekend shifts/month required
What You Need
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1 year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients
- Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan Brooklyn Queens Staten Island and the Bronx
- Flexibility resilience and initiative - this role is for nurses who thrive on variety and challenge

- Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
- Precept and mentor new nurses
