You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailChestnut Park are seeking a caring and committed 1:1 Learning Support Assistant with experience in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and speech language and communication needs. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of how to adapt learning and communication strategies to meet individual needs helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all children can thrive.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting the educational and personal development of a child with special educational needs. The successful candidate will assist in delivering tailored learning programmes adapting resources to meet individual needs and working collaboratively with the class teacher to assess progress and contribute to planning. This role also includes delivering interventions supporting life skills development and building strong professional relationships with parents and wider staff teams to ensure the child receives consistent and high-quality support.

Our School sits within an established cluster of Primary schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with our cluster includes the following other schools; Chestnut Park Primary School Whyteleafe Primary School Warlingham Village Primary School Marden Lodge Primary School and Hillcroft Primary School .

Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2 - 22918.66 to 24653 (dependent on experience)
Actual Salary: 17799.88 to 19146.86 (dependent on experience)
Contract type: Temporary
Hours: 32.5hrs per week - term time only
