Work Integrated Learning (WIL) plays a major role in supporting RMIT Universitys strategic goals to enhance student employability increase graduate employment outcomes and ensure students are ready for life and work.
The WIL Officer is part of the Colleges WIL Operations team which sits within the broader Student and Program Lifecycle team. The WIL Officer provides effective administration advice and support for WIL activities and processes across all Schools and programs within the College. The role has a strong client service orientation and is an active participant in service and process improvement initiatives. The role facilitates WIL projects and assists in the development of systems to support staff and students in achieving WIL objectives.
