Email Marketing Manager, CA SPRS Marketing

Amazons growing Canada New Seller Recruitment org team is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to make an impact on thousands of businesses selling on . If you join the team you will be in charge of seller-facing email marketing communications for Amazon Canada including managing an email send calendar working with cross-functional teams to build out email communication strategies and enforcing a high bar for email communications to improve seller experience. To be successful in this role you will need to thrive on ambiguity be able to see the big picture and also execute on a tactical level.

A successful candidate would be a strong communicator effective listener and project manager who is able to balance multiple and often conflicting priorities. We are looking for someone who can manage our email channel strategy roll out and analyze effective campaigns and optimize performance over time.

This candidate needs to be comfortable working with complex challenges appreciates autonomy and understands the value of a rapid test-learn approach.

Experience in marketing communications and email marketing is highly desired.

Key job responsibilities
As the CA SPRS Email Marketing Manager you will own the email channel to recruit and grow businesses selling . You will be the gatekeeper of email marketing communications to our Canadian sellers and be responsible for holding a high bar to improve the seller experience for email marketing communications. You will be responsible for presenting your strategy to senior leadership executing against the strategy sharing results and iterating your strategy based on results. This includes identifying target audiences developing content and messaging and partnering across internal teams. You will work closely with Product Managers Marketers Sales Finance as well as Senior Business Leaders across CA and WW to define new initiatives and customer experiences analyze the business and present your vision.

About the team
The CA SPRS Marketing team is responsible for the recruitment and growth of new sellers to through our ownership of multiple marketing channels and experiences. Our marketing efforts cover prospective and existing seller-facing channels and customer-facing channels to recruit and help grow our selling partner businesses.

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
