Job Title: Transportation Broker Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist transportation brokers with managing and processing insurance submissions quotes binders and policy documents.
- Track submission activity and follow up on outstanding quotes or documentation.
- Communicate with carriers to obtain rates endorsements and underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain accurate data entry in the agency management system and ensure all documents are organized and filed properly.
- Prepare and issue certificates of insurance endorsements and evidence of coverage as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Accounting Compliance) to ensure seamless policy servicing.
- Respond to client and carrier inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support broker efforts to grow transportation accounts through market research and administrative assistance.
- Monitor renewal timelines and assist with preparation of renewal materials.
