Mountain View Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly caring and motivated individual to join our dedicated team! Located in the beautiful town of Snohomish we are a small companion animal hospital committed to providing compassionate lifelong care for pets and their families. We believe in hiring for attitude and training for excellenceand were excited to welcome the right person who shares our values.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking someone who is:
Friendly outgoing and eager to learn
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Compassionate and enthusiastic about animals and client care
A clear and effective communicator with a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
(Training provided)
Answering phones and assisting clients
Scheduling and managing appointments
Checking patients and clients in and out
Client outreach and follow-ups
Processing invoices and handling payments
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Providing excellent client and patient service
Position Details:
20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Ability to work 23 Saturdays per month (8:30 AM 1:00 PM)
No after-hours or emergency shifts required
Competitive starting pay $19.50-$20.50 (DOE)
