You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this comprehensive addiction and family medicine services within the scope of training and experience to people of all ages and Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the JobProvides comprehensive addiction medicine services under the direction of the medical director including but not limited to diagnosis treatment education coordination of care referral preventative care harm reduction and health maintenance to a dedicated panel of motivational interviewing and other engagement and rapport-building techniques to achieve optimal patient encourages and teaches patients how to adjust to life without drugs and to maintain optimal patient experience using strong listening and communication long-term patient care patient to become independent and meet personal alongside an interdisciplinary team to discuss assess and resolve patient issues collaboratively and professionally.
