What You Bring:
- Certificate in Community Support Resident Care Home Support or a related field
- 1 year of recent experience supporting adults or seniors with diverse abilities
- Or an equivalent mix of education training and hands-on experience

- Willingness to complete mandatory training (provided free); certifications like CPR-C Safe Food Handling and Medication Management are assets
- Must join the union (1.85% dues deducted per pay)
- Successful background check through the BC Ministry of Public Safety is required.

COMPENSATION: $25.95 - $29.76 per hour (Grid 10 as per collective agreement)
