Director of Healthcare Automation & Case Management Operations

Were seeking an innovative Healthcare Automation Director to revolutionize our Case Management operations through cutting-edge technology solutions. This pivotal leadership role will spearhead the development and implementation of automation strategies leveraging AI workflow automation and data science to enhance patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of automation initiatives across case management operations

- Develop and execute strategies to improve Length of Stay (LOS) metrics through automated workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while driving technological innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
- 5 years of experience leading healthcare technology implementations
- Proven experience with automation AI and analytics in healthcare settings
- Strong background in healthcare informatics and process optimization
- Excellent project management and change management skills
