What You Will Do:

  • Manage and reply to leave requests including FMLA ADA accommodations short-term and long-term disability parental leave and other company-specific leave programs.

  • Serve as the Tier 1 support/contact for employees regarding leave-related inquiries and Workers Compensation.

  • Provide clear and concise information to employees navigating the leave process.

  • Complete weekly timekeeping reports for employees on leave.

  • Accurately track leave usage via our leave tracker and coordinate absences with leave vendor and Leave Case Managers.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


What You Will Need:

  • Requires Bachelors Degree plus 2 years of prior experience OR 6 years of professional experience in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of 2 years in benefits administration with leave administration.

  • Experience with HRIS payroll and leave management systems (e.g. Workday ADP or similar).


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Knowledge of leave administration terminology and compliance requirements.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively respond to employee inquiries with empathy and discretion.

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to work.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel and Word.

The annual salary range for this position is $53000.00-$88000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
