We are seeking a strategic detail-oriented Pricing Senior Analyst to support and execute pricing strategies across our Air and Water product portfolioincluding DFS VRF Unitary Commercial AC and Water Heaters. In this critical role you will ensure pricing accuracy maximize productivity and support growth through the successful deployment of pricing strategies and systems.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Pricing Execution & System Management
Execute day-to-day pricing activities in Oracle Advanced Pricing including price cycles customer-specific pricing and promotional programs.
Partner with Digital Technology (DT) and pricing teams to define systematic functionality and timelines for execution in Oracle and PriceFX.
Serve as a key contributor to Finished Goods pricing initiatives impacting the overall Air & Water pricing strategy.
Drive automation and system enhancements to improve pricing productivity and accuracy.
Program & Change Management
Manage end-to-end pricing architecture for Air & Water including change management review processes and standardized program development.
Lead impact assessments of price changes on downstream systems and collaborate with DT to evaluate changes from business CIBs.
Maintain oversight of ServiceNow and JIRA requests ensuring prioritization and resolution of pricing-related issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
Act as a strategic partner to Sales Microenterprise teams and other pricing stakeholders by translating business needs into pricing system solutions.
Provide proactive guidance training and support to ensure alignment across functions and optimal use of pricing tools.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and education on pricing structures SOPs and customer-specific offers.
Process Optimization & Training
Define repeatable scalable pricing processes to support operational efficiency.
Develop and deliver training materials for pricing teams and internal stakeholders on pricing systems processes and controls.
Identify or build tools that enable self-service pricing capabilities across teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in pricing finance or related disciplines.
Preferred:
3 years of experience in Oracle Advanced Pricing Channel Revenue Management or comparable finance modules.
Prior experience with Air & Water product lines (DFS VRF Unitary PTAC/VTAC Water Heaters).
Background in Mathematics Finance Statistics Information Science or Engineering.
Proven success in solving complex pricing problems across systems and functions.
Ability to define and manage detailed project plans and execute tasks independently.
Proficiency in analyzing large data sets using Excel MS Access Tableau or Oracle Analytics.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
