OVERVIEW
As a Training Coordinator you will interact with a diverse range of individuals including instructors internal employees and customers attending training programs on advanced robotics systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires regular on-site presence and daily communication with customers to provide training information including pricing and scheduling for both standard and customized classes. Additionally the role supports internal training personnel management and the sales team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Register participants (customers integrators and internal staff) for standard product training via Learning Management System (LMS) through email web requests phone calls and internal service requests.
- Manage registration for eLearning courses through Adobe Connect.
- Respond to inquiries from customers integrators and internal teams within 24 hours.
- Process and ship training manual orders weekly through internal systems and manage inventory.
- Record student attendance in LMS and prepare training certificates.
- Distribute promotional items to students and maintain inventory levels.
- Receive and process purchase orders for product training and eLearning.
- Collaborate with regional training centers and internal departments.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in all communications.
- Provide reliable attendance and act as a backup for team members when needed.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
- Courteous responsive and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
- Capable of handling challenging customer situations positively and calmly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Advanced formatting and publishing skills in MS Word for training material preparation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Associate Degree in business or related field or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum two years customer service or technical work experience
