Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To develop and improve adhesive tape applications by working closely with customers distributors R&D and internal teams. The goal is to provide technical support create custom solutions and enhance product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable adhesive solutions.
- Support sales teams with technical inputs during customer meetings.
- Develop and test customized adhesive tape applications.
- Identify new application areas and market trends.
- Assist marketing with product positioning and differentiation.
- Run trials prototypes and feasibility tests.
- Document customer feedback trials and product issues.
- Train customers and internal teams on product use and application.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
- Test adhesive performance on different surfaces and conditions.
- Help select raw materials and optimize product formulations.
- Provide on-site support for trials and troubleshooting.
- Suggest process improvements and cost-effective solutions.
- Compare products with competitors and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of adhesives bonding and application techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO OEM protocols etc.).
- Hands-on experience with testing methods and product development.
- Accurate in documentation and reporting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Other details:
- Working days- Mon to Sat
- Working time- 9hrs
- Job location-Delhi Pune Chennai Goa (travelling to customer visit)
- Travelling will be provided by company
- Should have experience in Adhesive tapes or Adhesive
