Head of Sales

About the Job

As Head of Sales you will lead and drive the sales strategy ensuring sustainable revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. You will develop and execute plans to expand market share enhance customer engagement and deliver results that align with the companys business objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales leader with a strategic mindset deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving high-performance teams. Your Responsibilities as Head of Sales Will Include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth.
  • Leading mentoring and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers vendors and business partners.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Utilising data-driven insights to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring favorable terms for the company and its clients.
  • Driving new business development while strengthening existing partnerships.

To Set You Up for Success We Are Looking for the Following Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role preferably as Head of Sales or a similar position.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and managing successful sales teams.
  • Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning relationship building and market development.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems sales analytics and pipeline management.
  • Understanding of industry trends customer needs and competitive landscapes.
