REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR (COMMERCIAL PROPERTY) MIN 2 YEARS PQE
Our client is hiring for a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their growing Real Estate Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the top property teams in NI. The team are consistently rank in Band 1 in Chambers and Tier 1 in the Legal 500. The firm boasts a significant number of highly ranked lawyers and leading individuals in their respective specialisms. The Role:
- Providing commercially focused legal advice in relation to a range of real estate matters including landlord and tenant development planning finance and construction.
The Person:
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property (qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland)
- Ability to working autonomously and also as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong drafting skills and an enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills
