We need an individual who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment with the capacity and experience to lead a team of training managers in defining the learning strategy and then follow through to deliver impactful business results through implementation and delivery of the training at each site. In addition this individual will run training programs to continuously improve the training processes and training efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development experience with AI or data-driven environments ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and run programs independently with global stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership:
oLead mentor and manage a team of trainers responsible for human input and data annotation for AI systems.
oFoster a collaborative inclusive and high-performance culture within the team.
oConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Training Curriculum Development:
oDesign and implement training programs in collaboration with the Learning Experience Design team to improve the quality and efficiency of human input processes.
oDevelop best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for training activities.
oEnsure training programs are aligned with the latest advancements in AI and meet organizational goals and customer needs.
Quality Assurance:
oMonitor the quality of human input data and annotations to ensure accuracy and consistency of the trained individuals.
oImplement quality control measures to reduce errors and optimize data integrity.
oCollaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to refine training processes based on feedback and model performance.
Process Improvement:
oContinuously evaluate and improve training methodologies and processes.
oIdentify and implement innovative approaches to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
oStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI training.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
oWork closely with Operations workforce management quality to understand training needs and align them with project objectives.
oCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and address concerns.
oAdvocate for the training teams needs and priorities within the broader organization.
Education:
oBachelors degree in Education Training Computer Science Data Science Business or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
oExperience in FRITDEES preferred alongwith English
Experience:
oMinimum of 8 years of experience in training learning and development or a related field.
oExperience in AI data annotation or a technology-driven environment is highly desirable.
oProven experience in managing and leading teams.
Skills:
oStrong understanding of AI machine learning and data annotation processes.
oExcellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
oProficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
