These efforts are monitored and assessed regularly to ensure accountability to all Summary:Lawrence School is seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team who possess a growth mindset value collaboration and continuous feedback are passionate about their content and have an unwavering belief that all students are capable of meeting rigorous academic Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Early Childhood Manager and Director to implement district vision and align programs with strategic goals. Oversee the early childhood screening process and ensure compliance with state mandates and agency requirements. Provide classroom support to teachers including coaching on curriculum implementation and conducting regular classroom walk-throughs. Collect and analyze program data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations including licensing and special education mandates. Track program expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility. Mentor and coach teachers paraprofessionals and support staff in best practices and classroom strategies. Facilitate professional development and provide timely problem-solving support for classroom challenges. Serve as the primary contact for community partners cultivating and maintaining relationships to enhance program offerings. Coordinate delivery of services from community partners to ensure smooth integration and maximize impact. Serve as a liaison among school leadership early childhood staff families and community stakeholders. Promote culturally responsive practices and ensure equitable access for all students including those with disabilities and English language learners. Prepare reports presentations and documentation related to program activities and outcomes. Participate in meetings and professional development activities as Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in instruction. Proven leadership coaching and mentoring skills. Understanding of curriculum implementation and assessment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of state and federal regulations in early childhood education. Ability to build and maintain community partnerships. Commitment to equity inclusion and culturally responsive practices. Proficiency in data collection analysis and & Requirements: Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Valid Massachusetts teaching certification in Early Childhood Education. Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education. Experience with community partnerships is preferred.
