Description

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Zeder Internal Sales Officer you will be at the forefront of our customer base and therefore pivotal in establishing our brands presence and ensuring top-notch service over the phone and email.

Were looking for someone whos automotive-obsessed people-focused and ready to deliver standout customer experiences every day over phone and email with confidence and energy.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Chatting with customers over the phone and via email providing solutions recommendations and advice within our office environment
  • Preparing sales quotations and subsequent follow-ups
  • Processing orders
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Joining us at annual 4WD or automotiveshows (and having a blast!)

This role also offers:

  • $1500 sign-on bonus paid over your first 6 months;
  • Staff discounts on parts gear and services;
  • Monday to Friday only your weekends are yours again!
  • Hands-on at major 4x4 events like National Shows;
  • Growth path within ZEDERs dynamic team.


Skills And Experiences

ABOUT YOU

Were looking for a seasoned internal sales or customer service professional who brings industry knowledge initiative and confidence to every customer interaction.

Youll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven experience in a customer-facing sales support or internal sales role ideally in the automotive aftermarket or technical products space
  • Are a strong communicator with a professional phone presence and the ability to simplify complex product info
  • Know your way around email systems order processing platforms and basic quoting tools (ERP/CRM experience is a bonus!)
  • Are passionate about delivering solutions-focused service and can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
  • Have a genuine interest in automotive and 4WD culture and love talking shop with likeminded customers
