Equipment Delivery & Inventory Coordinator - Full-Time $20-$25/hr. Carrollton TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Onsite No weekends Limited OT Reliable Transportation Required
Our client is urgently seeking aproactive high-energy individualfor this hands-on role-where your work ethic and reliability will make a real impact! Were hiring a Full-Time Equipment Delivery & Inventory Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Carrollton TX.
This is a direct hire opportunity with a steady Monday-Friday schedule a supportive team environment and very limited overtime. Punctuality and professionalism are essential - were looking for someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to go!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliverheavy equipment locally (and occasionally to Austin) using a box van - valid drivers license required
- Load secure and unloadequipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintainjob site equipment inventory
- Use equipment tracking software (experience with Asset Panda is a plus!)
- Assist with basic maintenance repairs and equipment prep
- Documentall check-in/check-out processes and ensure accuracy
- Communicatewith field and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid drivers licenseand ability to drive a box van
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand/power tools
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and manage heavy equipment safely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; Adobe Acrobat is a bonus
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Dependable self-motivated and a team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
