Practice Setting (Office-Clinic/Outpatient/Hospital Based/Rounding): All
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 7a-7a (24 hours on call)
Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2-3
Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma 3
Number of Operating Rooms: 3 for CVTS
Documentation System/EMR: Cupid
Patient Age Demographic (Adolescent Adult Geriatric): Adult 25
Prefer local provider but if not the following should be applied: No first class or business class flights - only coach Regular hotel rooms - no suites or luxury hotels
