Key Expectations
- Review and validate telecom invoices for accuracy and proper cost allocation.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Ensure accurate supplier charges and service utilization.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or improved efficiency.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate internally across departments (e.g. finance procurement IT).
- Correspond with suppliers to resolve billing issues.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to telecom expenses.
