ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client a pioneering company in the field of telematic medical solutions is looking for a driven and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join its growing team.

Location: Athens
Work model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: Sales Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate brings deep insight into the healthcare industry strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. The mission is to build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals by promoting innovative medical software and equipment that elevate the efficiency and quality of medical services.

More Specifically:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for medical software and equipment
  • Present and promote company solutions to private healthcare professionals clinics and medical centers
  • Build and grow the client base with a focus on long-term trust-based relationships
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Participate in private healthcare events and conferences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of clients sales stages and follow-up activities
  • Provide first-level training and support to clients


Requirements
  • 13 years of experience in medical software and equipment sales
  • Bachelors degree in a related field (Health Technology Business etc.)
  • Existing network in the medical and diagnostic field is highly desirable
  • Excellent PC and CRM software skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Well-organized with strong time management
  • Results-oriented and committed to high performance
