Are you passionate about how data and culture influence fairness and the employee experience As a Working Student in our Culture & Rewards team youll support both analytical and cultural initiatives including pay gap analysis the development and communication of compensation concepts and the roll-out of various programs. Help us shape a more transparent fair and engaging workplace.

Your Tasks

  • Support data preparation and analysis related to Pay Transparency and Gender Pay Gap total rewards concepts and other projects / programs

  • Help drive data-informed decisions by analyzing salary data generating reports in Workday (HR tool) and conducting compensation benchmarks

  • Help prepare and implement communication materials for rewards programs & cultural initiatives

  • Support harmonization of existing compensation models and benefits

  • Contribute to the annual salary review process and the multiplier (recognition) program by coordinating materials and communication

  • Collaborate closely with the Culture & Rewards team as well as groupwide stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in (business) psychology economics human resources data science or a related field ideally with a focus on people numbers and/or organizational development

  • Interest in reward strategies and cultural transformation

  • Analytical skills and confident use of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proactive communication style and the ability to work in a structured and reliable manner

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in handling tasks

  • Fluent in English and German
