The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to support the Fuselage Assembly Center based out of Everett WA. This position is available for 1st or 2nd shift depending on business requirements.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines
Must be capable of executing recovery plans in a complex production system
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals and objectives
Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
3 years of experience using continuous improvement techniques
Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience using the One Boeing Production System (BPS)
Shift:
Candidate may be selected for 1st or 2nd Shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer.
