Salesforce Inc. has multiple job openings for Technical Architect in San Francisco CA:
Job Duties: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables and set and handle expectations. Analyze science engineering business and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems system administration issues or network concerns. Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers Functional Solution Architects and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs. Contribute to the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customers infrastructure. Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level. Review and correct project/program direction approach and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward. Identify and proactively manage risk areas with a commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution. Build relationships with business partners internal and external and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single customer engagement. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field OR Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Analyzing enterprise architecture; (2) Performing root cause analysis; (3) Drafting technical software documentation; (4) Performing design coding unit and component testing; (5) Salesforce Development; (6) Sales or Service Cloud; (7) Design and Implementation of software solutions; (8) Devops Tools such as GIT or JIRA; (9) Data Migrations using Data Loader or similar tools; and (10) Apex and VisualForce.
Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $168397.00 - $236500.00 per annum.
