STUDENT ASSISTANT PROGRAM - ADVANCED DELIVERY CENTER DATA MIGRATION
SimCorp offers a highly valuable Student Assistant Program for students eager to dive into the FinTech world which combines finance and technology. It is designed to let young people embark on their career journey by gaining real first work experience.
As a Student Intern you will engage in real tasks and projects learning from inspirational leaders based all around the world.
Heres what you will be offered:
Meaningful Work Experience: Participate in a 3-month summer program (July-September 2025) to develop your skills through hands-on experience.
Guidance and Feedback: Receive support and mentorship from a dedicated Buddy.

Financial Compensation: Earn 5700 PLN gross per month for full-time work (34 PLN/h gross on a civil contract).
Assignment to ADC Data Migration team where youll be exposed to a large volume of investment & general ledger data.
Your scope of responsibility within ADC Data Migration:
Learning data migration ways of working
Review and update backlog of migration trainings
Documentation of data migration process
Preparation of knowledge hub materials related to data migration
Carrying out supporting tasks related to project delivery
Ad hoc support for project activities
WHAT WE VALUE
Studies: Enrolled in Finance Economics and related fields or Data Management Data Analysis.
Academic Level: At least in the second year of a bachelors or masters degree with valid student status certification.
Skills:
Knowledge or strong enthusiasm for financial markets (financial instruments processes)
Data analysis & manipulation
Advanced Excel skills
Good command of MS Office
Data query / SQL skills (highly valued)
Abilities:
Analytical skills with attention to detail
Problem-solving
Ability to handle complexity and work with data
Teamwork: Collaborative team player
Initiative: Proactiveness and ownership
Learning: Eagerness to grow and develop
Communication: Ability to effectively convey information and ideas
Language: Advanced Polish and English (min. C1)
