We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate dedicated and skilled Student Services and Safeguarding Administrator.
This is a full time term time role (40 weeks per year) accordingly the pro rata salary for this role is 21296 per annum.

Duties:
Provide a full range of administrative support to the Safeguarding and Student Services teams.
Enable the service to provide excellent and timely support for all students.
Deal with routine correspondence and enquiries from learners parents outside agencies and College staff referring on to appropriate specialist staff in accordance with college procedures.
To support and provide an administrative service for student safeguarding files upholding confidentiality at all times.
Skills/Experience:
Working successfully with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.
Experience of accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
Well organised with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
Qualifications:
Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
Administrative qualification or equivalent experience.
Relevant degree and/or appropriate level professional qualifications is desirable.
