We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate dedicated and skilled Student Services and Safeguarding Administrator.

This is a full time term time role (40 weeks per year) accordingly the pro rata salary for this role is 21296 per annum.

Duties:

  • Provide a full range of administrative support to the Safeguarding and Student Services teams.

  • Enable the service to provide excellent and timely support for all students.

  • Deal with routine correspondence and enquiries from learners parents outside agencies and College staff referring on to appropriate specialist staff in accordance with college procedures.

  • To support and provide an administrative service for student safeguarding files upholding confidentiality at all times.

Skills/Experience:

  • Working successfully with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.

  • Experience of accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communication.

  • Well organised with excellent communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.

  • Administrative qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Relevant degree and/or appropriate level professional qualifications is desirable.
