POSITION SUMMARY:
Solution Sales Manager North America
We are looking for a dynamic Solution Sales Manager to join our North American Sales team. Based in the USA this role focuses on selling custom-engineered packaging loading and slicing equipment services and integrated process lines to the Food industry. You will drive business growth by managing and expanding key accounts fostering strong client relationships and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve order intake targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to drive strategic growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial outcomes.
Work closely with the Territory Manager Food and Healthcare Technologies Service Sales and Strategic Account Managers.
Ensure compliance with company policies regulations and ethical standards.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Basic:
Bachelors degree in engineering business marketing or a related field OR 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Proven track record in technical sales account management and client relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
Must live in assigned territory
Preferred:
Experience exceeding sales targets in a defined territory.
Strong communication negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems MS Office and SAP C4C.
Knowledge of slicing loading automation or packaging technologies is a plus.

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $105000 - $115000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
