Flagstaff Nissan Subaru is looking to hire an Express Service Manager for a very busy express lane! What would you do
The Express Service Manager is responsible for managing the express lube technicians and express lube advisors . The express manager must keep all employees busy at all times of the day. They are responsible for making sure every customer that comes through our doors is given a world class experience and leaves with a full understand of services preformed and any items on their vehicle that require attention. The express manager is responsible for the quality of work preformed by the express department including but not limited too: Oil changes tire rotations mount and balance tires engine air filterscabin air filters and battery services. They would work closely with the service manager to continually improve process monitor the financial success of the Express Lube department and grow employees. The Express Service Manager reports directly to the Service Manager.
